Yongxing Special Materials announces cash dividend distribution

Yongxing Special Materials Technology Co., Ltd. (Yongxing Materials) has announced the implementation of its 2025 semi-annual equity distribution, approved at the second extraordinary general meeting on September 10, 2025. The company will distribute a cash dividend of 3.00 yuan per 10 shares (including tax) to all shareholders.

This distribution will be based on 529,868,792 shares, which is the total share capital of 539,101,540 shares as of June 30, 2025, less 9,232,748 shares held in the company's repurchased stock special securities account. The total cash dividend distributed will be 158,960,637.60 yuan (including tax). There will be no bonus shares or capital reserve conversions to increase share capital.

The equity registration date for this distribution is October 21, 2025, with the ex-dividend and ex-interest date set for October 22, 2025. Due to the exclusion of repurchased shares from dividend rights, the effective per-share cash dividend for calculation purposes will be 0.2948621 yuan, factoring in the total share capital. The ex-dividend and ex-interest price will thus be the closing price on the equity registration date minus 0.2948621 yuan per share.

For Hong Kong market investors holding shares through Shenzhen-Hong Kong Stock Connect, QFII, RQFII, and individual shareholders holding pre-IPO restricted shares and investment funds, the actual cash dividend received will be 2.70 yuan per 10 shares after tax. Individual income tax on dividends for holders of post-IPO restricted shares, equity incentive restricted shares, and unrestricted circulating shares will be subject to differential tax rates based on holding period, with tax withheld upon stock transfer.
