Initiated on September 8, 2025, and redeemed on October 14, 2025, this principal yielded cash management income of 47.22 yuan, achieving an estimated annualized return of 0.1%, 1.8%, or 4.69%. This redemption falls within the company's authorized use of idle raised funds, approved by its board of directors and shareholders in early 2025, to purchase short-term, principal-protected wealth management products not exceeding 500,000,000.00 yuan.

Following the redemption, Xiamen Changelight has continued its cash management strategy by subscribing to another Huatai Securities product, "Sheng Yi No. 25591 (CSI 1000)," with a principal amount of 10,500,000.00 yuan. This new investment commenced on October 16, 2025, and is projected to mature by April 14, 2026, with an estimated annualized return ranging from 0.1% to 5.6%.
