Wanfeng Auto Wheel announces 2025 semi-annual cash dividend

Zhejiang Wanfeng Auto Wheel Co., Ltd. (SZSE:002085) announced the implementation of its 2025 semi-annual profit distribution plan, approved by shareholders on September 11, 2025. The company will distribute a cash dividend of 1.00 yuan per 10 shares (including tax) to all shareholders, totaling 212,329,752.00 yuan based on its total share capital of 2,123,297,520 shares.

The equity registration date for this distribution is October 22, 2025, with the ex-dividend and ex-interest date set for October 23, 2025.
