Citic offshore helicopter announces interim cash dividend of CNY 0.63 per 10 shares

Citic Offshore Helicopter Co., Ltd. (Citic Offshore Helicopter) will distribute a cash dividend of CNY 0.63 per 10 shares (tax inclusive) for the first half of 2025. This distribution, approved at the second extraordinary general meeting on September 18, 2025, is based on a total share capital of 775,770,137 shares as of June 30, 2025, totaling an estimated payout of CNY 48,873,518.63. There will be no share bonuses or capital reserve conversions.

The equity registration date for the distribution is October 23, 2025, with the ex-dividend and ex-interest date set for October 24, 2025. Cash dividends for A-share holders will be directly credited to their capital accounts via their custodian securities firms on October 24, 2025.

Different tax rates apply to various shareholder categories. Hong Kong market investors, including QFII and RQFII, as well as individual and institutional investors holding pre-IPO restricted shares, will receive CNY 0.567000 per 10 shares after tax. Individual investors holding post-IPO restricted shares, equity incentive restricted shares, and unrestricted circulating shares will be subject to differential tax rates upon stock transfer based on their holding period, with supplementary tax required for shorter holding periods.
