Aucksun to invest $2bn in Indonesia green materials project

Jiangsu Aucksun Lithium Co., Ltd. announced today resolutions from its Seventh Board of Directors' Sixth Meeting, held on October 13, 2025. The board unanimously approved the "Proposal on Participating in the Indonesia Green Materials Project for Capital Increase and Share Expansion."

The company has agreed to invest $2,000 million to increase capital in PT INDONESIA QINGMEI ENERGY MATERIALS, ultimately securing a 5.95% equity stake. This move signifies Aucksun's commitment to growth in the green energy sector.
