Anhui Jinhe Industrial approves 40 million yuan entrusted loan

Anhui Jinhe Industrial Co., Ltd. will provide an entrusted loan of 40,000,000 yuan to Anhui Lai'an County New Industrial Technology Investment Co., Ltd. (Lai'an County Industrial Investment) through Industrial Bank Co., Ltd. Chuzhou Branch. The loan, with a term not exceeding one year, will fund Lai'an County Industrial Investment's daily operations. Interest rates are fixed at an annualized 4.50% for the first six months and 5.97% for the subsequent six months, with monthly interest payments and a single principal repayment at maturity.

Lai'an County Urban Infrastructure Development Co., Ltd. will provide a joint and several liability guarantee for the loan. Both Lai'an County Industrial Investment and Lai'an County Urban Infrastructure Development Co., Ltd. are state-owned enterprises with strong credit ratings. This transaction, which aims to enhance the efficiency of Anhui Jinhe Industrial's idle funds, has been approved by the company's seventh board of directors and the audit committee.

Following this entrusted loan, Anhui Jinhe Industrial's total financial assistance to external parties amounts to 41,528,500 yuan, representing 0.55% of its most recent audited net assets. As of the announcement date, there are no overdue financial assistance amounts.
