Vanke appoints Huang Liping as new chairman

Vanke Co., Ltd. announced on October 13, 2025, that its board of directors has elected Huang Liping as the new chairman for the twentieth board of directors. This appointment follows the resignation of Xin Jie, who stepped down from his roles as director and chairman due to personal reasons, effective from October 12, 2025. Xin Jie did not hold any company shares at the time of his resignation and confirmed no disagreements with the board.

The election of Huang Liping was approved by a vote of 9 in favor, 0 against, and 0 abstentions. His term as chairman will commence from the date of the board's approval and continue until the expiration of the twentieth board of directors' term. Concurrently, Huang Liping will also assume the role of the company's legal representative.

Huang Liping, born in 1968, is currently a director and member of the audit committee at Vanke. He also serves as the deputy secretary of the party committee, director, and general manager of Shenzhen Metro Group Co., Ltd. He holds bachelor's and master's degrees in engineering from Tongji University and is a professor-level senior engineer.
