Sungrow Power announces CNY 1.95 bn interim cash dividend for 2025

Sungrow Power Supply Co., Ltd. announced its 2025 semi-annual equity distribution, with a cash dividend of CNY 9.50 (before tax) per 10 shares. This distribution is based on a total share capital of 2,052,823,261 shares, after excluding 20,388,163 repurchased shares held in the company's dedicated repurchase account. The total cash dividend amounts to CNY 1,950,182,097.95. No bonus shares or capitalization from reserves will be distributed for this period.

The equity distribution plan was approved at the second extraordinary general meeting of shareholders held on September 30, 2025. The ex-dividend and ex-right date is October 20, 2025, with the equity registration date set for October 17, 2025. The cash dividends for A-share shareholders will be credited to their accounts on October 20, 2025.

Following the distribution, the ex-right and ex-dividend reference price will be calculated by subtracting CNY 0.9406576 per share from the closing price on the equity registration date. The company also noted that the exercise prices for restricted stock incentive plans from 2022, 2023, and 2025 will be adjusted accordingly.
