Jiaozuo Wanfang elects new non-independent director at EGM

Jiaozuo Wanfang Aluminum Manufacturing Company Limited held its fifth extraordinary general meeting of shareholders for 2025 on October 13, 2025. The meeting, chaired by Yu Xuchun, took place in Jiaozuo City and allowed for both in-person and online voting. Shareholders approved the "Proposal on the Election of a Non-Independent Director for the Tenth Board of Directors of the Company," with 308,249,712 votes in favor, representing 99.7401% of total effective voting shares.

The resolution received 49,891,021 votes in favor from small and medium investors, accounting for 98.4153% of their effective voting shares. Beijing Zhong Lun Law Firm provided a legal opinion confirming compliance with relevant laws and company articles regarding the meeting's convening, attendance, and voting procedures.

A total of 595 shareholders participated, representing 309,053,072 shares, or 25.9229% of the company's total voting shares. The meeting did not address any proposals that were rejected or involve changes to previously adopted resolutions.
