Archermind Technology's controlling shareholder unpledges significant shares

Nanjing Archermind Technology Development Group Co., Ltd. ("Archermind Development"), the controlling shareholder of Archermind Technology Co., Ltd., has announced the unpledging of 5,335,000 shares. This action represents 9.26% of Archermind Development's total shareholding and 2.46% of Archermind Technology's total share capital. The pledge, originally initiated on September 19, 2024, was released on the registration date of the unpledging. The shares were pledged to Guotai Junan Securities Co., Ltd.

Following this recent transaction, Archermind Development's total pledged shares now stand at 20,850,000, down from 26,185,000 shares prior to the unpledging. The current pledged amount represents 36.17% of Archermind Development's holdings and 9.61% of Archermind Technology's total share capital. The company asserts that the controlling shareholder's pledged shares currently do not pose a risk of forced liquidation or transfer, and the pledge activities will not lead to a change in the company's actual control.
