Luxshare provides update on Wingtech subsidiary acquisition progress

Luxshare Precision Industry Co., Ltd. (Luxshare) has provided an update on its acquisition of equity stakes and assets in certain subsidiaries of Wingtech Technology Co., Ltd. Shareholders formally approved the acquisition on June 9, 2025.

By July 2, 2025, Kunming Zhitong, Shenzhen Wingtech, Huangshi Zhitong, and Kunming Wingtech completed equity transfers and related industrial and commercial change registrations. Wingtech's business asset packages in Wuxi and Wuxi Wingtech also completed ownership transfers. However, some asset transfers for Indian Wingtech's business asset package are still in progress.

As of the latest announcement, Hong Kong Wingtech and Indonesian Wingtech completed their substantive equity transfers on September 16, 2025, and have been integrated into Luxshare's consolidated financial statements. Luxshare will continue to fulfill disclosure requirements as the remaining procedures for the Indian Wingtech assets are finalized.
