Ganfeng Lithium to hold third extraordinary shareholder meeting

Jiangxi Ganfeng Lithium Group Co., Ltd. (Ganfeng Lithium) will convene its Third Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders in 2025 on October 14, 2025. Key proposals include amendments to the articles of association and various management policies, such as the Rules of Procedure for Shareholders' Meetings and the Remuneration Management System for Directors and Senior Management. Proposal 1, regarding financial assistance to a joint venture, involves a connected transaction and will require related shareholders to abstain from voting. Proposals 1 and 2 are "special resolution proposals," requiring approval by two-thirds or more of the valid voting shares held by attending shareholders.
