Major shareholder cuts stake in Shanxi Power by 1%

China Capital Wisdom (Beijing) Asset Management Co., Ltd., a shareholder holding over 5% of Shanxi Zhangze Electric Power, has reported a reduction in its stake. The company sold 30 million A-shares through block trading, representing a 0.98% decrease in its total holdings. The transactions took place on October 9, 2025.

Prior to this adjustment, China Capital Wisdom held 204.8431 million A-shares, accounting for 6.66% of the company's total share capital. Following the sale, its ownership now stands at 174.8431 million A-shares, or 5.68% of the total share capital.

Shanxi Zhangze Electric Power stated that this change in shareholding will not impact the company's governance structure, equity structure, or future operations, nor will it lead to a change in control. The company advises investors to exercise caution and be aware of investment risks.
