Focus Media announces 2025 interim cash dividend plan

Focus Media Information Technology Co., Ltd. announced the implementation of its 2025 semi-annual equity distribution, following approval from its 2024 annual general meeting and the ninth board of directors' fourth meeting. The company will distribute a cash dividend of RMB 1.00 per 10 shares (including tax) to all shareholders. This distribution is based on a total share capital of 14,442,199,726 shares as of June 30, 2025, equating to a total cash dividend of RMB 1,444,219,972.60.

The equity distribution will not involve any conversion from capital reserves or bonus share issuance. The record date for this distribution is October 16, 2025, with the ex-dividend and ex-interest date set for October 17, 2025. Shareholders registered with China Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation Limited, Shenzhen Branch, by the close of trading on October 16, 2025, will be eligible.

Cash dividends for A-share shareholders will be distributed through their custodian securities companies or other custodian institutions on October 17, 2025. Different tax rates will apply to various shareholder categories, including Hong Kong market investors, overseas institutions, and individual investors holding restricted and unrestricted shares, with specific tax adjustments for holding periods.
