AECC Aero-Engine Control announces vice chairman Deng Zhiwei's resignation

China AECC Aero-Engine Control Co., Ltd. announced today, October 10, 2025, that its vice chairman, Deng Zhiwei, submitted a written resignation report. Deng Zhiwei's resignation from his roles as vice chairman, director, and member of special committees under the Ninth Board of Directors is attributed to a work transfer. Following his resignation, Deng Zhiwei will no longer hold any positions within the company or its controlled subsidiaries.

Deng Zhiwei's original term as vice chairman was set to expire at the end of the Ninth Board of Directors' term. His departure complies with relevant laws and regulations and will not cause the number of board members to fall below the legal minimum or affect the company's normal operations. His resignation became effective upon delivery of the report to the company's board.

As of the disclosure date of this announcement, Deng Zhiwei does not hold any company shares.
