Xinjiang Communications wins major highway project from controlling shareholder's subsidiary

Xinjiang Communications Construction Group Co., Ltd. announced today it has received an award notice from Xinjiang Communications Investment Dukou Highway Investment and Development Co., Ltd. for the G3033 Kuqa-Dushanzi-Kuche Expressway Project's KDK-SGDL-1 section. The winning bid amount is RMB 482,516,496.22, with a total project duration of 273 calendar days, and the quality requirement for project acceptance is "qualified."

Xinjiang Communications Investment Dukou Highway Investment and Development Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Xinjiang Communications Investment (Group) Co., Ltd., which is the company's controlling shareholder. Consequently, this transaction constitutes a related-party transaction under the Shenzhen Stock Exchange Listing Rules. The company plans to incorporate the anticipated related-party transaction amount into its daily related-party transaction management scope as the project progresses.

The transaction was awarded through public bidding, ensuring fair and reasonable pricing. It is deemed a normal commercial activity that aligns with the company's operational needs and is not expected to harm the interests of the company or its non-related shareholders.
