Dun'an Environment breaks ground on smart manufacturing headquarters in Zhuji

Zhejiang Dun'an Artificial Environment Co., Ltd. (Dun'an Environment) has announced the commencement of its "Dun'an Environment Smart Manufacturing Headquarters Base" project in Zhuji City. This project, approved by the board and shareholders in September 2025, is being developed in two phases.

Phase one, the smart manufacturing headquarters base project, covers approximately 300 mu of land. It is designated for the research, development, manufacturing, and sales of refrigeration and air-conditioning components, along with related support facilities. This phase has secured land use rights and construction permits and is projected to be completed by 2027. Upon full operation, it is expected to achieve an annual production capacity of 330m sets of refrigeration and air-conditioning components.

Phase two, the new energy vehicle thermal management headquarters base project, will span approximately 100 mu. It will focus on the research, development, manufacturing, and sales of core components for new energy vehicle thermal management systems. This phase, estimated to produce 100m sets annually upon completion, will commence based on project progress. The company cautions that investment, construction, and operation timelines are subject to market and policy influences, advising investors to exercise caution.
