Key revisions include the bank's full legal name as Jiangsu Jiangyin Rural Commercial Bank Co., Ltd. and its registered capital of CNY 2,461,392,789. The bank's business scope and operational principles are also clarified, emphasizing adherence to legal and regulatory frameworks, along with a commitment to sustainable development and fair treatment of shareholders.

Additionally, the revised articles outline the bank’s corporate governance, including the structure and responsibilities of the board of directors, which will now comprise 11 directors, including 4 independent directors and 1 employee representative. There are also stipulations regarding the appointment and duties of senior management, profit distribution policies, internal audit procedures, and requirements for external financial audits.
