Eve Energy subsidiary receives HK$374m dividend from SMOORE International

Eve Energy Co., Ltd. announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, EVE BATTERY INVESTMENT LTD., received a cash dividend of HK$374,833,000.00 from SMOORE International Holdings Limited. SMOORE International, an indirect associate of Eve Energy, declared an interim dividend of HK$0.20 per share, totaling approximately HK$1,238,220,000, to shareholders on record as of September 11, 2025. This declaration followed the release of SMOORE International's interim results announcement for the six months ended June 30, 2025, on August 20, 2025.

The company’s investment in SMOORE International is accounted for using the equity method. Eve Energy stated that this dividend payment will not impact the company's consolidated net profit for the 2025 fiscal year, with the specific accounting treatment subject to confirmation during the annual audit.
