China Express Airlines returns ¥42m of idle raised funds

China Express Airlines Co., Ltd. has returned ¥42,000,000 of idle raised funds to its dedicated fundraising account on September 29, 2025. This amount was part of the funds temporarily used to supplement working capital, following approval on May 8, 2025. The initial resolution permitted the company to utilize up to ¥139,000,000 from its 2022 non-public offering for up to twelve months.

During the period of use, the company adhered strictly to relevant laws and regulations, ensuring the use of funds did not impede investment projects or alter the purpose of the raised funds. Furthermore, the company confirmed no funds were directly or indirectly used for securities investment, derivative transactions, or other high-risk investments. The company promptly informed Dongxing Securities Co., Ltd., its sponsor institution, and its representatives about this repayment.

As of the disclosure date, the remaining balance of idle raised funds temporarily used to supplement working capital that has yet to be returned stands at ¥895,672,012.27.
