Shenzhen Aisidi Co., Ltd. announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Tibet Kuai Communications, completed a self-inspection of its tax matters. This review revealed a need for supplementary tax payments totaling RMB 45,125,375.66, along with a late payment penalty of RMB 19,245,972.72 as of September 30, 2025, bringing the total to RMB 64,371,348.38.

As of the disclosure date, the principal tax amount of RMB 45,125,375.66 has been paid. The late payment penalty of RMB 19,245,972.72 will be paid subsequently. The company clarified that this supplementary payment does not involve any administrative penalties.

Shenzhen Aisidi stated that these supplementary tax payments and late fees will be recognized as current period expenses in 2025 and will impact the net profit attributable to listed company shareholders for the 2025 fiscal year. The final impact will be based on the audited financial statements for 2025.
