Aisidi subsidiary to make 64.3m yuan supplementary payment

Shenzhen Aisidi Co., Ltd. announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Xizang Kuai Communication, is required to make a supplementary payment totaling 64,371,348.38 yuan. This amount comprises an administrative payment of 45,125,375.66 yuan and a late payment fee of 19,245,972.72 yuan, calculated up to September 30, 2025.

The administrative payment of 45,125,375.66 yuan has already been made, with the remaining late payment fee to be settled subsequently. The company confirmed that this supplementary payment does not involve any administrative penalties.

According to Accounting Standard for Business Enterprises No. 28, these supplementary payments are not classified as prior period accounting errors and do not necessitate a retrospective adjustment of prior period financial data. The full amount will be recognized as a current period loss in 2025.

The impact on the net profit attributable to listed company shareholders for the 2025 financial year will be determined by the audited financial statements for that period. Shenzhen Aisidi emphasized that this supplementary payment will not affect the company's normal operations and advises investors to be aware of potential investment risks.
