Sansteel MinGuang names Huang Min employee representative director

Fujian Sansteel MinGuang Co., Ltd. announced that non-independent director Mr. Hong Rongyong has resigned from his position on the company's eighth board of directors due to work adjustments. His resignation became effective upon submission to the board, and he will no longer hold any positions within the company or its subsidiaries. The company expressed its sincere gratitude for his contributions during his tenure.

Following Mr. Hong Rongyong's resignation, the company's labor union received a resolution from the employee representative assembly on September 26, 2025. This resolution appointed Mr. Huang Min as the new employee representative director for the eighth board of directors. His term will run until the expiration of the current board's term.

Mr. Huang Min, born in December 1973, is a Chinese national with a university degree and holds the title of senior political engineer. He has extensive experience within the Sansteel Group, having served in various leadership roles, including deputy secretary of the Party Committee, secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission, and chairman of the Labor Union in different departments and subsidiaries. Currently, he serves as deputy secretary of the Party Committee, chairman of the Labor Union, and employee director of Sansteel MinGuang. Mr. Huang Min meets all legal and regulatory requirements for serving as a director.
