China United Cement trims stake in Henan City Development Environment

China United Cement Group, a shareholder with over 5% of Henan City Development Environment Co. Ltd., has reduced its stake in the company. Between September 4, 2025, and September 29, 2025, China United Cement Group sold 6.3m shares through block trades on the stock exchange. This divestment represents 0.9812% of the company’s current total share capital, crossing a 1% multiple disclosure threshold.

Following this transaction, China United Cement Group's total holdings in Henan City Development Environment decreased from 62.4m shares (9.7184% of total share capital) to 56.1m shares, now representing 8.7373% of the company's total share capital. The company clarified that this share change involved unrestricted A-shares.
