BOE Technology Group finalizes capital registration change

BOE Technology Group Co., Ltd. announced the completion of its industrial and commercial change registration for registered capital and the filing of its Articles of Association. This follows resolutions passed at the Eleventh Board of Directors' Eighth Meeting on August 26, 2025, and the 2025 Second Extraordinary General Meeting on September 16, 2025. The resolutions pertained to proposals for altering the company's registered capital and amending the Articles of Association and its annexes.

The company has successfully obtained a new business license from the Beijing Chaoyang District Market Supervision Administration. Consequently, the company's registered capital has changed from RMB 3,764,501.6203万元 to RMB 3,741,388.0464万元. All other information in the company's business license remains unchanged.
