Bengang Steel Plates announces leadership changes effective late September

Bengang Steel Plates Co., Ltd. (SZSE:000761) disclosed that its board of directors recently accepted the resignations of former deputy general manager Guo Yuwei and former chief accountant and board secretary Zheng Zhengli. Both individuals cited work adjustments for their departure. Their resignations were approved during the Tenth Board of Directors' Fourth Meeting on September 28, 2025, and will not impact the company's normal operations. Neither individual held company shares upon the disclosure of this announcement.

In the same meeting, the board approved the appointment of Liu Dongye as deputy general manager and Liu Tiecheng as chief financial officer and board secretary. These appointments followed nominations by the chairman and review by the nomination committee, with their terms aligning with the Tenth Board of Directors. Liu Tiecheng has committed to obtaining the necessary board secretary qualification certificate from the Shenzhen Stock Exchange.

The audit and risk committee reviewed the change in financial officers on September 22, 2025, concluding that Zheng Zhengli's resignation was a normal job change and that the incoming personnel, with their extensive experience in financial management, possess the required professional knowledge and experience for the role.
