Andon Health cancels shares, reduces total capital

Andon Health (002432) has announced the completion of the cancellation of 9,771,882 repurchased shares, representing 2.06% of its share capital before the cancellation. This action reduces the company's total share capital from 474,666,672 shares to 464,894,790 shares.

The shares were part of a buyback program approved on August 29, 2023, with a total investment of RMB 999,996,846.14. The company decided to change the use of these shares from maintaining company value to cancellation and reduction of registered capital, a decision approved by shareholders on September 22, 2025.

Andon Health stated that this share cancellation aligns with relevant regulations and will not adversely impact the company's financial health, operational performance, or future development. The company confirms that it will promptly handle the necessary industrial and commercial registration changes and disclose related information as required.
