Telling Telecommunication expands guarantees for subsidiaries, topping RMB20bn

Telling Telecommunication Holdings has announced substantial progress in its external guarantee activities, with the total external guarantee limit for the company and its holding subsidiaries reaching RMB33.87 billion, representing 1133.38% of its latest audited net assets. As of the announcement date, the actual outstanding guarantee balance for the company and its holding subsidiaries stands at RMB20.31 billion, or 679.79% of its latest audited net assets. Investors are advised to pay close attention to the guarantee risks.

Recent agreements include the company providing a maximum guarantee of RMB2 billion to its subsidiary Telling Telecommunication Co., Ltd. for financing with China Export-Import Bank Shenzhen Branch. Additionally, the company extended guarantees of RMB400 million to Telling Information Services (Beijing) Co., Ltd. with China Zheshang Bank Beijing Branch and RMB200 million with China CITIC Bank Beijing Branch. Guarantees of RMB100 million each were also provided to Telling Information Services (Beijing) Co., Ltd. with Bank of Huishang Beijing Anhui Road Branch and to Shenzhen Telling Technology Development Co., Ltd. with Bank of Huishang Shenzhen Branch.

Furthermore, Shenzhen Telling Technology Development Co., Ltd. received a RMB200 million guarantee from the company with Zhuhai Huajun Bank Shenzhen Branch. Shanghai Nengliang Electronic Technology Co., Ltd., a holding subsidiary, secured a RMB100 million guarantee with Bank of China Shanghai Free Trade Zone Sub-branch. Shanghai Nengliang also provided guarantees of RMB1 billion each to its subordinate companies, Guangdong Kehu Service Management Co., Ltd. and Guangdong Hulong Electronic Technology Co., Ltd., with Bank of Beijing Shenzhen Branch. The total unused guarantee amount for the company and its subsidiaries is RMB13.555 billion.
