Jolywood (Suzhou) Sunwatt appoints Zhang Chengyu as new chairman

On September 26, 2025, Jolywood (Suzhou) Sunwatt Co., Ltd. held its second extraordinary general meeting for 2025. Shareholders approved the appointment of Zhang Chengyu as a non-independent director for the fifth session of the board, with his term running until the expiration of the current board's term.

Concurrently, the company's fifth board of directors convened its twenty-fourth meeting, electing Zhang Chengyu as chairman of the fifth board and approving his appointment as the company's legal representative. He will also serve as the chief committee member (convener) of the fifth board's strategic investment and sustainable development committee.

The strategic investment and sustainable development committee will now comprise Zhang Chengyu (chief committee member/convener), Lin Jianwei, and Yu Xuegong. Zhang Chengyu brings extensive experience from various leadership roles within Zhejiang Zheneng Group.
