Sunwoda controlling shareholder adjusts share pledges

Sunwoda Electronic Company Limited announced on September 26, 2025, that its controlling shareholder, Wang Mingwang, completed both new share pledges and releases. On September 25, 2025, Wang Mingwang pledged 6.23 million shares, representing 1.72% of his holdings and 0.34% of the company's total share capital, to China International Capital Corporation Wealth Securities for equity investment.

Concurrently, Wang Mingwang released two pledges: 10.73 million shares (2.97% of his holdings, 0.58% of total share capital) from October 12, 2022, and 2.014 million shares (0.56% of his holdings, 0.11% of total share capital) from January 31, 2024. Both releases were from China International Capital Corporation Wealth Securities.

As of September 26, 2025, Wang Mingwang's total pledged shares amount to 124.38 million, representing 34.38% of his total holdings and 6.73% of Sunwoda's share capital. Including fellow shareholder Wang Wei, the combined pledged shares total 173.4724 million, accounting for 35.10% of their collective holdings and 9.39% of the company's total share capital.
