Chinalin Securities announces executive committee resignations

Chinalin Securities Co. Ltd. recently announced that its board of directors received written resignation reports from Mr. Lu Xiaofang and Ms. Xie Yingming. Both individuals cited personal reasons for their applications to resign from their positions as members of the company's executive committee.

Following their resignations, Lu Xiaofang and Xie Yingming will no longer hold any positions within the company or its controlled subsidiaries.
