Sanhua Intelligent Controls' major shareholder unpledges significant shares

Zhejiang Sanhua Intelligent Controls Co., Ltd. announced today that its major shareholder, Zhejiang Sanhua Green Energy Industrial Group Co., Ltd., has unpledged 141,627,235 shares. This represents 21.32% of Sanhua Green Energy's total holdings and 3.36% of the company's total share capital. The pledge was initiated on August 8, 2024, and released on September 24, 2025.

Following this transaction, Sanhua Green Energy and its concerted parties, including Sanhua Holding Group Co., Ltd. and Zhang Yabo, no longer have any pledged shares as of the announcement date. Sanhua Holding Group holds 948,487,077 shares (22.54% of total), Sanhua Green Energy holds 664,375,189 shares (15.78% of total), and Zhang Yabo holds 39,024,200 shares (0.93% of total).

The company stated that this unpledging action will not result in a change in the actual control of the company, nor will it impact production, operations, or corporate governance. Investors are advised to pay attention to investment risks.
