Hubei Dinglong's controlling shareholder adjusts share pledges

Hubei Dinglong Holdings Co., Ltd. (SZSE:300054) announced that its controlling shareholder, Zhu Shunquan, has pledged 3.8m shares. This represents 2.75% of his total holdings and 0.40% of the company's total share capital. The pledge, for personal financing, commenced on September 24, 2025, and matures on September 24, 2026, with Huatai Securities Co., Ltd. as the pledgee.

Concurrently, Zhu Shunquan also released pledges on 7.66m shares. Following these adjustments, his and Zhu Shuangquan's (as an acting-in-concert party) combined pledged shares now total 16.8m. This represents 6.06% of their total holdings and 1.78% of the company's total share capital.

The company stated that Zhu Shunquan maintains a strong credit profile and repayment capacity, indicating controllable pledge risks. These activities are not expected to affect the company's operations, corporate governance, or lead to a change in actual control. Hubei Dinglong will continue to monitor pledge variations and fulfill its information disclosure obligations.
