Envicool completes corporate changes, capital increase, and board restructure

Shenzhen Envicool Technology Co., Ltd. has announced the completion of its industrial and commercial change registration and articles of association filing, as confirmed by the Shenzhen Market Supervision Administration. These changes were approved during the fourth board of directors' nineteenth meeting on August 18, 2025, and subsequently by the second extraordinary general meeting on September 11, 2025.

A key change includes an increase in the company’s registered capital from CNY 74,446.6584 million to CNY 96,901.8809 million. This adjustment reflects a rise in restricted shares from CNY 9,720.0692 million to CNY 12,636.0897 million, and unrestricted shares from CNY 64,726.5892 million to CNY 84,265.7912 million.

The composition of the board of directors has also been updated. The new board members now include Wei Lichuan, Tian Zhiming, Chen Qunbai, Xing Jie, Zhu Xiaoo, Ye Guiliang, Qi Yong, Ou Xianhua, and Yan Qing. This follows the election of the fifth session's employee representative director earlier in 2025.
