CECEP Environmental Protection to elect new director at EGM

CECEP Environmental Protection Equipment will convene its third extraordinary general meeting for 2025 on October 17, 2025, at 15:30. The meeting, approved by the eighth board of directors at its tenth session on September 25, 2025, will be held via a combination of on-site video conferencing and online voting. Shareholders registered by October 13, 2025, are eligible to vote on the proposed changes.

The primary agenda item is the election of Zhao Guojun as a non-independent director, following the retirement of Ding Hang on September 18, 2025. Zhao, born in 1977, holds a master's degree and is a senior economist, currently serving as deputy director of the Strategic Management Department (Carbon Peak and Carbon Neutrality Business Unit) at China Energy Conservation and Environmental Protection Group Co., Ltd.

The board of directors approved Zhao's nomination with eight votes in favor, zero against, and zero abstentions, pending shareholder approval. Online voting will be available through the Shenzhen Stock Exchange trading system and internet voting system from 9:15 to 15:00 on October 17, 2025.
