Xinjiang Western Animal Husbandry appoints new general manager and board secretary

Xinjiang Western Animal Husbandry Co., Ltd. held the nineteenth meeting of its fourth board of directors on September 23, 2025, in Beijing, approving significant leadership appointments. The board resolved to appoint Liu Yu as the company's general manager. Liu Yu, born in November 1982, holds a bachelor's degree, is a Communist Party member, and has served as chairman of Xinjiang Tiande Biotechnology Co., Ltd. since June 2025. His term as general manager will run concurrently with the fourth board of directors.

Additionally, the board appointed Zhang Zebao as the company's board secretary, with his term also aligned with that of the fourth board. Zhang, born in November 1986, holds a bachelor's degree in auditing and is an economist. He has been with the company's securities investment department since May 2017 and has served as securities affairs representative since January 2019, concurrently managing the securities investment department since July 2019.

Following these changes, Liu Yu, who previously served as the company's chairman, will no longer act as the board secretary, a role he temporarily held. Zhang Zebao has obtained the board secretary qualification certificate issued by the Shenzhen Stock Exchange and meets all statutory requirements for the position. These appointments aim to enhance the company's corporate governance structure.
