Between September 1, 2025, and September 23, 2025, Mr. Song Ying cumulatively reduced his holdings by 2,523,000 shares through centralized bidding on the stock exchange. This reduction resulted in his total shareholding decreasing to 88,183,405 shares, bringing his ownership percentage down to 6.9992% of the company's total share capital. The change crosses a 1% integer multiple threshold, necessitating this disclosure.

This transaction is part of a previously disclosed plan, announced on August 9, 2025, which outlined a potential reduction of up to 12,597,537 shares (not exceeding 1.0000% of total share capital) within three months from September 1, 2025, to November 28, 2025. All conditions and commitments related to the initial share reduction plan remain in effect.
