CNFC Overseas Fisheries board approves supervisory board abolition

CNFC Overseas Fisheries (SZSE:000798) announced that its board of directors, at a meeting held on September 23, 2025, approved a proposal to abolish the supervisory board and revise the company's articles of association and related documents. The resolution passed with unanimous consent from all eight attending directors. This governance change will now be presented to the company's shareholders for final approval.
