Chengdu Xingrong Environmental strengthens board with new appointments

Chengdu Xingrong Environmental Co., Ltd. held its Fifth Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders in 2025 on September 24, 2025. Shareholders approved the election of a non-independent director with 1,757,008,212 votes in favor, representing 99.5445% of effective voting shares. Additionally, the election of an independent director was approved with 1,758,676,590 votes in favor, or 99.6391% of effective voting shares.

The company's Tenth Board of Directors held its Twenty-Ninth Meeting on the same day, September 24, 2025. All nine directors attended the meeting via telecommunication. The board unanimously approved the appointment of Mr. Yang Yucheng as a member of the company’s Tenth Board of Directors Nomination Committee and Audit Committee.

Mr. Yang Yucheng will also serve as the chairman of the Nomination Committee. His term will commence from the date of board approval and conclude at the end of the current board’s term.
