Cecep Solar Energy to increase capital, amend charter after stock option exercise

Cecep Solar Energy announced on September 24, 2025, that its board of directors approved a change in the company’s registered capital. This follows the achievement of the second exercise period conditions for the 2020 stock option incentive plan, with 8,570,398 shares exercised. This increases the total share capital from 3,909,227,441 shares to 3,917,797,839 shares. Consequently, the company’s registered capital will rise from RMB 3,909,227,441 to RMB 3,917,797,839.

The company will also revise its Articles of Association to reflect the changes in registered capital and total share count. This revision will remove the supervisory board, transferring its responsibilities to the board of directors' audit and risk control committee. The amendments must be approved by the shareholders' meeting.
