Ping An Bank completes first 2025 green bond issuance

Ping An Bank Co., Ltd. has successfully issued its "Ping An Bank Co., Ltd. 2025 First Tranche Green Financial Bonds (Bond Connect)" in the national interbank bond market. The issuance received approval from relevant regulatory authorities.

Book-building for these bonds occurred on September 19, 2025, with the issuance fully completed on September 23, 2025. The total issuance size is 30 bn yuan.

These are 3-year fixed-rate bonds with a coupon rate of 1.78%. The collected funds will be allocated to green industry projects, as defined by the "Green Bond Supported Project Catalogue (2021 Edition)," and in accordance with applicable laws and regulatory approvals.
