Focus Lightings Tech Co., Ltd. announced the completion of its industrial and commercial change registration, resulting in a new business license from the Suzhou Municipal Data Bureau. This follows resolutions passed at its Fourth Board of Directors' Eighth Meeting and the 2025 First Extraordinary General Meeting, held on June 17, 2025, and July 3, 2025, respectively. These meetings approved changing the purpose of repurchased shares from "to be sold within the prescribed period" to "for cancellation and a corresponding reduction in registered capital."
