Winall Hi-Tech Seed: major shareholder unencumbers all pledged shares

Winall Hi-Tech Seed Co., Ltd. (SZSE:300087) announced that Ms. Jia Guilan, a shareholder holding over 5% of the company's shares, has fully released all her pledged company shares. The release of pledge involved 5,350,000 shares, representing 8.17% of her total holdings and 0.56% of the company's total share capital. The pledge, originally commenced on December 23, 2024, was officially released on September 18, 2025, with Huatai Securities Co., Ltd. acting as the pledgee.

Following this release, Ms. Jia Guilan and her concerted action parties no longer have any pledged, frozen, or marked shares. As of the announcement date, Ms. Jia Guilan holds 65,521,411 shares (6.92%), Mr. Wang Yulin holds 8,831,109 shares (0.93%), and China National Seed Group Co., Ltd. holds 194,294,026 shares (20.51%).
