China Express Airlines repays part of idle raised funds early

China Express Airlines announced the repayment of a portion of its idle raised funds that were temporarily used to supplement working capital. On September 22, 2025, the company returned CNY269,138,293.89 to its dedicated fundraising account, promptly notifying its sponsor institution, Dongxing Securities Co., Ltd., and its sponsor representatives.

This move follows the company's decision, approved by the Board of Directors and Supervisory Board on May 8, 2025, to utilize up to CNY1,390,000,000.00 of idle raised funds from its 2022 non-public offering of A-shares for temporary working capital for a period not exceeding twelve months. The company confirmed that the use of these funds did not impede the progress of its investment projects, alter the purpose of the funds, or involve high-risk investments.

As of the disclosure date of this announcement, the remaining balance of idle raised funds temporarily used for working capital is CNY937,672,012.27. The company maintains its commitment to complying with relevant regulations regarding the management and use of raised funds.
