Changsheng sliding bearings announces semi-annual cash dividend distribution

Zhejiang Changsheng Sliding Bearings Co., Ltd. has announced the implementation of its 2025 semi-annual equity distribution, with a cash dividend of 1.68 yuan per 10 shares (including tax) for its shareholders. The distribution will be based on 297,142,430 shares, which excludes 1,636,600 shares held in the company's dedicated repurchase account from the total share capital of 298,779,030 shares. The total cash dividend amounts to 49,919,928.24 yuan.

The equity distribution's record date is September 29, 2025, with the ex-dividend and ex-interest date set for September 30, 2025. Dividends for A-share shareholders, excluding those for self-disbursing accounts, will be processed through China Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation Limited and directly credited to their capital accounts by September 30, 2025.

Following the distribution, the ex-dividend and ex-interest reference price will be calculated as the closing price on the record date minus 0.1670797 yuan per share, representing the per-share cash dividend based on the total share capital. The company clarified there would be no stock dividends or capital reserve transfers.
