Boshi Automation wins significant operations contract with Guoneng Baotou

Harbin Boshi Automation Co., Ltd. (Boshi Automation) has secured a new "Baotou Chemical Dual Polymer Products and Sulfur, Salt and Other Products Packaging and Operations Service Contract" with Guoneng Baotou Coal Chemical Co., Ltd. The contract's provisional total pre-tax amount is CNY 96,992,700.

This industrial services contract is projected to span 15 months, with an estimated annual pre-tax revenue of CNY 69,531,100. This amount represents 2.43% of the company's 2024 operating revenue and 9.05% of its 2024 industrial services operating revenue, indicating a positive impact on Boshi Automation's performance.

Boshi Automation affirms its capability to fulfill the contract through its existing capital, personnel, technology, and production capacity. The company also notes that the agreement does not affect its business independence or create reliance on the counterparty. The contract's effective date is contingent upon notification from Guoneng Baotou, with an estimated end date of April 30, 2027.
