BOE Technology elects Li Yang as employee representative director

BOE Technology Group Co., Ltd. announced today, September 22, 2025, that its labor union convened a staff representative meeting and elected Li Yang as the employee representative director for the eleventh session of the company's board of directors.

Li Yang will join seven non-independent directors and four independent directors to form the eleventh board of directors. His term will commence from the date of his election and conclude at the expiration of the eleventh board of directors' term. Following this election, the total number of directors who also serve as senior management personnel or are employee representatives on the board will not exceed one-half of the total number of directors.

Li Yang, who holds a bachelor's degree, previously served as the general manager of Chengdu BOE Optoelectronics Technology Co., Ltd. and general manager of Ordos Yuansheng Optoelectronics Technology Co., Ltd. He currently holds the positions of employee director and chief human resources officer on the company’s eleventh board of directors. He has no related party relationships with the company’s controlling shareholder, actual controller, or other directors and senior management, nor does he hold any shares in the company.
