M-Grass subsidiary lands RMB 225m ecological restoration contract

Beijing M-Grass Happy Grass Sports Technology Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Inner Mongolia M-Grass Ecology and Environment Group, along with its consortium partners, has signed a construction contract for the "Inner Mongolia Bayannur Urad Front Banner 'Three-North' Forest-Grassland-Wetland Integrated Protection and Restoration Project (2025) – Section 1." The total contract value is RMB 225,200,078, with Beijing M-Grass Happy Grass Sports Technology Co., Ltd. being the lead party, accounting for 40% of the value (RMB 90,080,031.20).

The project, located in Bayannur Urad Front Banner, Inner Mongolia, involves restoring over 858,000 mu of degraded grasslands and constructing 966,464.64 meters of fencing. The planned start date is September 16, 2025, with completion expected by July 13, 2026, totaling 300 calendar days. Funding will come from central government financial funds and autonomous region matching funds.

The contract's fulfillment is not expected to affect the company's operational independence but is anticipated to positively impact its future operating performance. Payment terms include a 30% advance, with subsequent monthly payments up to 70% of completed work, escalating to 100% upon meeting specified indicators in subsequent years.
