Dong-E-E-Jiao appoints three new vice presidents

Dong-E-E-Jiao held the twelfth meeting of its eleventh board of directors on September 21, 2025, via telecommunication. The board unanimously approved the appointment of Li Guozheng, Zheng Liang, and Chen Longjian as the company's new vice presidents. Their terms will run from the date of this board approval until the expiration of the eleventh board of directors' term.

The board also approved the 2024 annual performance appraisal results for its management team members. This decision followed a review by the company's eleventh board of directors' remuneration and appraisal committee. Directors Sun Jinni and Ding Hongyan, who also serve as senior management, abstained from voting on this resolution. The vote passed with 7 votes in favor, 0 against, and 0 abstentions.

Each of the newly appointed vice presidents holds company shares, with Li Guozheng holding 16,335 shares, Zheng Liang 16,617 shares, and Chen Longjian 16,623 shares. These shares are derived from the company's first restricted stock incentive plan.
