Boya Bio-Pharmaceutical to distribute interim cash dividend of 1.5 yuan per 10 shares

Boya Bio-Pharmaceutical Group has announced its 2025 interim equity distribution, approved by the first extraordinary general meeting on September 12, 2025. The company will distribute a cash dividend of 1.50 yuan (pre-tax) for every 10 shares, based on a total share capital of 504,248,738 shares. The total cash dividend amounts to 75,637,310.70 yuan.

The equity registration date for this distribution is September 25, 2025, with the ex-dividend date set for September 26, 2025. Cash dividends for A-share shareholders will be disbursed on September 26, 2025, through their respective brokerage firms or custodian institutions.

Shareholders holding shares for less than one month will incur a tax of 0.30 yuan per 10 shares, while those holding for one month to one year will pay 0.15 yuan per 10 shares. No tax will be applied for holdings exceeding one year.
